• Each food vendor may select 3 Signature Items.

• Vendors must also submit 3 Backup Items in case of duplicates.

• Menu items will be reviewed and finalized after all vendors are confirmed and paid, to ensure a diverse and non-repetitive food court.

• If any item is unclaimed, it may be offered as an additional option to other vendors.
