Fashion Show Overview

The Fashion Show at the South Asian Wedding Expo 2025 will be a runway-style presentation spotlighting the latest in South Asian bridal and formal wear — from traditional lehengas and sherwanis to Indo-Western couture and groomwear.

This high-energy show will feature curated music, professional choreography, lighting, and live commentary, delivering an unforgettable experience for attendees and maximum visibility for participating designers.

Spots are limited — first-come, first-served!

Ideal for: Bridal designers, boutique owners, groomwear labels, jewelry brands, and fashion schools.

Model Participation

1. Eligibility

• Open to individuals 18+ (or as per event rules).

• Must be reliable, professional, and enthusiastic about volunteering.

• Prior modeling experience is a plus but not mandatory.

2. Application

• Submit profile, recent photos, and basic details via the official form or email.

• Include height, size, and availability for rehearsals and show.
  
  

3. Selection Criteria

• Presentation & Grooming: Clean, polished, and camera-ready appearance.

• Confidence & Stage Presence: Poise, posture, and comfort on stage.

• Professionalism & Attitude: Positive, cooperative, punctual, and team-oriented.

• Dress & Styling: Follow designer instructions strictly (no self-changes). Be willing to adapt to designer’s specific needs.

• Rehearsals: Arrive on time and attend all scheduled rehearsals.

• Fit for the Role: Matches the designer’s or show’s aesthetic requirements.
